Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all nozzles, heaters, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
